Refund & Enrollment Policy
Taylored Learning Co. is committed to providing a positive and transparent enrollment experience for students and families. Our courses have limited seats and operate in short, structured cohorts; as a result, tuition refund timelines are based on course start dates to ensure fairness and the smooth administration of each program.
Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed once tuition has been received and a confirmation email has been issued. Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian.
Refund Timeline
Withdrawals initiated by the parent/guardian are eligible for the following tuition refunds:
• 100% refund if cancellation occurs 20 or more days before the course start date.
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 10–19 days before the course start date.
• No refund for cancellations made fewer than 10 days before the course start date.
Deferrals & Transfers
Families may request to defer enrollment to a future cohort, or transfer into an asynchronous version of the same program, subject to availability. Deferrals do not incur a fee and are offered at Taylored Learning Co.’s discretion.
Non-Attendance
Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund. Students enrolled in asynchronous programs retain access to course materials for the advertised period.
Program Adjustments
If Taylored Learning Co. must cancel or reschedule a cohort, families may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no additional cost.
