Taylored Learning Co. is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our students, parents, and website visitors. As a Saskatchewan-based educational service, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and follow best practices set by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada regarding the protection of minors’ data.

What We Collect:
We collect limited personal information such as student and parent names, contact information, academic interests, and program registration details. This information is used solely for administration of our courses, communication, billing, and program delivery.

Consent & Minors:
For students under 18, we require parent or guardian consent for registration and participation. We do not knowingly collect unnecessary sensitive information (e.g., medical or psychological data).

Use & Disclosure:
We do not sell, trade, or disclose personal information to third parties. Information is used only for educational communication, onboarding, billing, and optional follow-up services. Data may be aggregated anonymously for program improvement.

 

Storage & Security:
Information submitted through our website and registration forms is stored securely and accessed only for legitimate instructional and administrative purposes. Records are retained only as long as necessary and are deleted or anonymized thereafter.

Virtual Instruction:
Our programs are delivered online. Sessions are not recorded without express consent. Communication with minors occurs through professional channels only.
